AMERICAN ACADEMY OF PEDIATRICS   Collected data for research study of 9/11 impact on pediatric profession. Sent HTML email containing link to 85 question on-line survey form to 9000 members in NY-NJ-CT area. Collected on-line survey data in Access database later written to CD for AAP analysis.     AMERICAN PLATFORM TENNIS ASSOCIATION   Access database and ASP provide on-line entry of news stories and their display on regional news pages, on-line construction of printable entry forms by tournament directors and on-line reporting of tournament results for display in a familiar single elimination drawsheet format.     LONG ISLAND PLATFORM TENNIS ASSOCIATION   Interclub match result transactions are added to an Access database. Result transactions reference membership database and are summarized and displayed as league standings and as individual member detailed results. Site contains maps, schedules, printable entry forms and photography.     LONG ISLAND INTERCLUB PLATFORM TENNIS LEAGUE   League schedules for seven divisions are displayed from an Access database. Authorized users point and click the schedule to add on-line match results to an Access database which summarizes and displays them as league standings. Authorized users add and delete stories from the database. These stories are displayed on the site's front page and keep the membership informed of current events.     2002 NATIONAL PLATFORM TENNIS CHAMPIONSHIPS   Official tournament site contained all necessary player and spectator information. Site displayed real-time results in drawsheet formats as the 13 events with 320 players from 20 US states and Canadian provinces were played over three days. Site received comments from individuals in US and Europe via feedback form.
